Fr Javier

He first moved to Bow in September 2016 after being appointed as Parish Priest of Our Lady and St Catherine church.

Fr Javier, spends a lot of time in Bow area visiting people, helping at Bow Foodbank and supporting local Catholic primary schools.

Between all of that he also finds time to be a lecturer in Old Testament studies at the Diocesan Catholic Seminary, Allen Hall!

Jesus has made a difference in his life by giving him all that he has today. Simply, he said “Well, I wouldn’t be here without Him!”.

We are excited to be partnering with Fr Javier and the congregation at St Catherine church this Good Friday for an hour of reflection, contemplating God’s love for us.
