CURRENT VACANCIES
Operations Coordinator (21 hours per week)
As we continue to grow and develop, we’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who can work closely with the Rector and others to help support the day-to-day life, ministry and mission of our church community.
The role would suit someone who enjoys helping people, systems and activities work well together. It plays a key part in coordinating the practical rhythms of church life, helping ensure that our ministry, buildings, events, finance, governance and volunteer teams are well supported.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, good judgement, and a genuine enthusiasm for the vision and values of Bow Church.
Hours: 21 hours per week (normally worked across three days)
Salary: £19,200–£21,600 per annum (£32,000–£36,000 FTE), depending on experience.

Worship Development Coordinator (7 hours per week)
As we continue to grow and develop, we’re looking for a Worship Development Coordinator who can work closely with the Rector and others to help nurture the worshipping life, culture and community of Bow Church.
The role would suit someone with broad experience of leading worship in a church context, alongside the relational maturity, spiritual sensitivity and organisational ability to encourage and develop others. It plays a key part in helping shape worship that is authentic, participatory and open to the Holy Spirit, while encouraging more people to discover and contribute their gifts within the life of the church.
We’re looking for someone with good experience of leading worship, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for the vision and values of Bow Church.
Hours: 7 hours per week (worked flexibly across the week)
Salary: £5,500–£6,500 per annum (£27,500–£32,500 FTE), depending on experience.
