TEACHING SERIES
OUR CURRENT SERIES
‘I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.’ John 10.10
What does Jesus mean by ‘life to the full’? And what might it look like for us to seek that life together as Bow Church?
Seeking Out Abundant Life is a five-week series exploring those questions. We begin with Jesus’ picture of himself as the Good Shepherd: the one who leads his followers into life. In a world full of competing voices promising to tell us where the good life is found, Jesus invites us to learn his voice and follow where he leads.
Discussion guides for each week of the series are provided below:
SUN 20 SEP 26, ANDY CLASPER: Jesus offers abundant life as a pilgrimage: learning to recognise his voice, follow his lead, and let his life flow through us. CLICK ON THE IMAGE FOR DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
SUN 27 SEP 26, ANDY CLASPER: The Bible invites us into God’s bigger story, reframing our own stories and shaping lives that become good news for others. CLICK ON THE IMAGE FOR DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
SUN 4 OCT 26, MATT BRINKLEY: Following Jesus means trusting him as the source of abundant life, becoming like him, and discovering greater life through giving ourselves away. CLICK ON THE IMAGE FOR DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
